When you contact us

We collect the name, email, business name if provided, selected service and brief you submit, so we can assess and respond to your project enquiry. Please do not send sensitive or confidential materials in the first message.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private website record accessible to authorized administrators. A notification is sent through the configured email provider. Our website hosting provider is Namecheap. Hosting/email security logs and backups may contain additional technical information under their own handling policies.

Retention

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. The owner reviews mailbox and backup copies separately. Necessary contract and financial records may be held separately where appropriate. Scheduled cleanup depends on the site’s scheduler running.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics in this starter build. WordPress administration uses cookies for authenticated access. Spam protection uses short-lived hashed request information; raw IP addresses are not stored by the enquiry component. The host may maintain its own logs.
